St Cadog’s Church Supper and Auction

The annual Supper and Auction was held on Saturday 21st April and as always was a very enjoyable and successful evening. We are very grateful to Ellis Davies for again being our auctioneer and making the evening such fun. Thank you to everyone who provided food for the supper, gave raffle prizes and items for the auction and helped with all the preparations. Thank you also to everyone who came on the night and who bid for the great variety of lots. This made it a very successful fund-raising occasion and raised over £1400.

We would like to give special thanks to the local businesses who, as always, were very generous with their donations. Donations were received from Audrey, Baileys Mace Shop, AWS, Burdens, Carmarthen & Pumsaint Farmers Coop, The Castle Hotel. The Telegraph Inn, The Goose And Cuckoo, The Red Lion, HWS, Bran Valley Garden Services, Cygnus and Nia Clement. These donations always add to the variety and quality of the lots and are very popular with the bidders.
