Llangadog Carnival 2007

In an otherwise very wet June and July Llangadog was once again blessed with sunshine for its annual carnival on 7th July.

The photos show some of the impressive turn out of floats in the procession, led by the Carnival Queen and her attendants in horse drawn carriages.

The procession ended at the recreation ground where there were various stalls and sideshows.

One of no fewer than six red kites that could be seen putting on an impressive display in the skies over the carnival field.

Other spectators of the carnival included all those attending the Motor Caravanner's Club's South and West Wales Group rally in the school field adjoining the recreation ground.
